MATTHEW BURGEI
Head Coach
This is Matt's 2nd year as Head Coach and 13th year on the Hilliard Darby Wrestling Staff. Matt is a graduate of Hilliard Darby High School and a Science Teacher at Hilliard Heritage Middle School.
BRADLEY JONES
Assistant Varsity Coach
Brad Jones enters his 4th season as an Assistant Coach at Hilliard Darby High School and was instrumental in helping Bradley Weaver become Darby's first State Champion in 2021. Prior to coming to Darby, Brad spent two years coaching at Springfield High School.
JARED BALL
Assistant Coach
Jared Ball enters his 5th season as an Assistant Coach at Hilliard Darby High School. Jared is a 2018 graduate of Hilliard Darby and is one of the most decorated wrestlers in program history.
NATE GARRISON
Head JV Coach
Nate Garrison enters his 5th year with the Hilliard Darby Wrestling Program. Prior to joining the Panthers, Nate spent the previous 12 years as the Head Wrestling Coach at Hilliard Weaver Middle School.
ANTHONY VALENTI
Darby Assistant Coach
Anthony has been helping Darby & Heritage athletic for over 10 years. Currently, he is a freshman football coach and Wrestling Coach for Hilliard Darby. Last year he helped out with girls wrestling helping Emma Bolyard make the state tournament.
ADAM ELKINS
Darby Assistant Coach
Adam enters his 5th year as a staff member for Darby. Adam was a former Panthers and now helps with the JV program.

Austin enters his 2nd year as a staff member for Darby. Adam was a former wrestler for Canal Winchester. Austin also helps out with the 7th grade football team at Hilliard Heritage.
Austin Wolfe
Hilliard Heritage Middle School
This is Shane's 1st year as the head coach at Hilliard Heritage.
BRETT MANIACI
Assistant Middle School Coach
Brett was the Head Wrestling Coach at Heritage Middle School for 18 years. He has stepped back but will be still helping out. Brett also Coaches 7th Grade Football team and a Special Education Teacher at Heritage Middle School.
WILL PASKETT

Chris King
Assistant Middle School Coach
This is Chris's 2nd year coaching Heritage. Before Heritage, Chris helped out Hilliard Memorial. Chris is also a social studies teacher at Heritage.

Shane Boyd
Will Paskett joined the the Darby staff in 2012 as a Junior Varsity Asst. Coach. Will is now entering his 5th season as an Assistant Coach at Heritage.
Bruce Stephanic
Assistant Middle School Coach
Bruce Stephanic began coaching in Hilliard in 1992. He has been a middle school and freshman head coach and varsity assistant. A former Central District Middle School Coach of the Year, Bruce wrestled for Massillon Perry High School.
Sam DiSalvo
Assistant Middle School Coach
Sam has been around the sport of wrestling all of his life helping out Hilliard programs. Sam is a retired teacher/guidance counselor but still wants to help out. He is currently a hall monitor at Hilliard Heritage.
